Yogashram Activities

Yoga Practices

  1. Regular yoga sessions of 1 ½ hour duration – two classes each, in morning and evening (except Sunday).

  2. Online Yoga Teachers Training Course

  3. Hatha Yoga Shatkarma kriyas e.g. Neti, Kunjal, Laghu Shankh Prakshalan, Tratak etc., generally once a month.

  4. Organizing yoga camps for a week or 10 days in Gyan Darshan Yogashram and at other places in and around Bhilai.

  5. Special yoga camps for children during summer and winter vacations of schools.

  6. Organizing yoga sessions on stress management or any other relevant topic for corporate sectors like Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP), HSCL, Ferro-Scrap Nigam.

  7. Organizing yoga sessions for educational institutes, paramilitary groups like BSF, SSB, CISF etc.

  1. Devi Aradhana on Navratri days

  2. Rudrabhishek on -
    - Shiv Ratri
    - Shravan Month Mondays

  3. Kirtan on Krishna Janmashtami

  4. Hanuman Chalisa path (108 times) on New Year day

  5. Akhand Ramayan Path twice or thrice a year.
